You can easily create and print your own place cards using your PC and home printer by using these pre-cut and pre-scored printable place card sheets. Seating planning software such as Toptableplanner can even print your guests' names straight onto all of these products.

Remember to always print some test pages first using plain paper before printing your place cards for real.

Printing Your Place Cards using Toptableplanner

Print Placecards from the Print MenuOnce you've arranged your table plan using Toptableplanner, it's easy to print your guest's names onto place cards. You can either print onto plain card or use compatible printable place card sheets. Simply select your choice from the "Print" menu.

Go to the 'Print' menu and select 'Place Cards'.

You can choose from a number of fonts and select your own font size.

A PDF file is then automatically created ready for you to print!
